October 2025 Ministry Update!
Hi everyone! I hope you're enjoying a break from the heat and the beginning of the holiday season. I am excited to share with you what has been going on at Collin College! Fall Retreat! The weekend of the 18th and 19th we hosted a 24-hour retreat for students to get away and focus on Jesus. We had some large group games, worship, sermons, a dance party, and a lot of activities around camp and it wound up being a really special event! The theme for the weekend was looking at different aspects of our relationship with God - God as our friend, God as our father, and God as our Lord. Fall retreat is always a highlight of the year for me - I love the intentionality of leaving the distractions behind and getting away from campus to put God first! It was also a great way to spend more casual time with students getting to know them and seeing them open up a lot!
