June 2026 Ministry Update
Hi everyone! I hope you are enjoying the summer. Here is what we have been up to at Collin FOCUS and beyond! Summer TNF Each Thursday for the months of June and July our students from FOCUS campuses all over DFW for a worship service. As a community college missionary, it is exciting for me to catch up with Collin alumni who now attend other universities and help current Collin students make connections at other schools where they may transfer. Summer can be a spiritually dry time for campus ministry (students don't have the same consistent schedule, many are not taking summer classes, and the structure of core and FOJ is not there), so seeing a couple hundred young adults excited about coming together to worship Jesus I find super encouraging! We have spent the summer going over maturity - how we as disciples should want to grow up in our faith. I am excited to see what fruit the summer bears come August!
